Level 2: Understanding anxieties and resilience

About the course

Our level 2, 16 hour workshop focuses on understanding anxieties and fears by self acceptance, awareness. You are invited to explore in a safe experiential manner how you relate in language and feelings towards yourself and others. How to focus on your life today and plans for your future.

You will explore personal awareness tools that support the growth in self awareness and personal development to build positive mental wellbeing and assertive self esteem. By learning from our reactions to anxieties and stressors we will learn coping strategies to maintain resilience and self acceptance.
